Real Time Data Stuck

The stucking of data has been observed two to three times on our site, though we immediately update the same from our control room. There are some resons associated with it.

1. The very first reason is getting disconnected from Internet. This happens due to following two reasons:

a) Non availability of Internet from Power Grid due to the reasons better known to them.

b) Choking of Zywall – 100 locally.

2. The another reason which we have observed is the Error 2042 at NRLDC.
