HABConnect

As a Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) server, HABConnect can provide Hdb data to any Windows application that has DDE client capabilities. Most major Windows applications include DDE capabilities.
HABConnect provides the good deal of functionality to personal computer applications that run under the Microsoft Windows environment.

For transfer of Hdb data to Microsoft Access databases, HABConnect provides an easy-to-use interface that simplifies the selection of data to be transferred. HABConnect automatically creates the Access table based on the data selected and transfers the data from HABITAT.

To simplify access to HABITAT/Hdb databases, HABConnect allows the user to create and use aliases to reference specific data.
