NR Frequency Error 2042

Most often we see an error on NRLDC home page whenever it is unable to load the real time frequency figure. It is Error 2042. On exploring it was found that this error belongs to Microsoft Excel Utility and it is the code number which is returned to the console whenever it finds the NULL value as CVErr(xlErrNA).
